CAP understands the importance of post-production support. Our support system is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The CAP team ensures that all matters are dealt with within a four-hour period. During reporting sessions, we respond to queries immediately to ensure that all stakeholders meet their deadlines. Users can contact us through our support page either via email or SMS. Users will not be charged for outgoing SMS messages from CAP support page.
